What are your bakery’s operating hours?

We operate from 9 AM to 1 AM, Monday through Sunday. Online orders can be placed 24/7, and delivery times will be specified at checkout.

How do I place an order online?

You can easily browse our menu, select your favourite items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, depending on your location. For orders placed after that, delivery will be scheduled for the next available slot.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver only in Ahmedabad City. You can check delivery availability at checkout by entering your PIN code.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, a minimum order of ₹1000 is required for delivery. Delivery charges may apply based on your location.

Do you offer custom cakes or special orders?

Yes, we offer custom cakes and special orders for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events. Please get in touch with us at info@oventhebakery.com at least 48 hours in advance to place your order.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for same-day cancellations. Please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Absolutely! All our products are freshly baked daily, using high-quality ingredients to ensure you receive the best-tasting treats.

Do you cater to dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?

No.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

How do I store my bakery items?

To ensure freshness, most of our baked goods should be consumed within 2-3 days. Store cakes, pastries, and croissants in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge. Check individual product descriptions for specific storage instructions.
