Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@oventhebakery.com or call us at [7990211272] to cancel your order. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

• After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

Refunds

• Customized orders and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
